Processing donor milk according to established procedures and safety protocols Following detailed production and handling procedures to ensure product quality and safety Measuring, labeling, and documenting materials with a high degree of accuracy Operating processing equipment and monitoring production activities Maintaining detailed records and completing required documentation Following strict sanitation, cleanliness, and contamination-prevention procedures Preparing products for storage and distribution Assisting with inventory management and material handling activities Maintaining compliance with all quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory requirements Supporting a clean, organized, and professional production environment What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow detailed written procedures and protocols Experience in manufacturing, food production, healthcare, laboratory, pharmacy, or quality-controlled environments preferred Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills Basic computer proficiency and comfort with documentation systems Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Dependable attendance and a professional work ethic Commitment to quality, safety, and confidentiality Why Join Us in Eugene?
