Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, licensing ratios, building codes, or specifications. Interpret all applicable state, city, or municipality regulations related to licensing and ratio regulations, and ensure adherence to those regulations. Provide a daily report to leadership around licensing compliance. Travel to construction sites within state of Arkansas Qualifications:
General knowledge of construction materials related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. General knowledge of licensing requirements related to the mechanical trades and associated regulations and ratios. CHST certification is preferred Highly organized and self motivated Ability to implement solutions and guidance to maintain compliance. 4+ years of experience as law enforcement, construction inspector, code enforcement, or trade license management preferred Valid Driver's License with clean driving record. An MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check will be required for Employment Core Physical Requirements
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects, typically up to 50-75 lbs independently Mobility and Agility: Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces (like crawlspaces or attics), and kneeling or crouching for extended periods Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small tools and components with precision Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-12 hour shift, often in varying weather conditions or non-climate-controlled environments *Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
