We are seeking a
"QA/QC Inspector"
to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
Job Summary
Responsible for inspecting and testing materials, components, and products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.
Record inspection and test results accurately.
Document non-conforming materials.
Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 13485 standards.
Support QMS/EMS initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
0-2 years of quality inspection experience.
Medical device inspection experience preferred.
Experience with measurement tools, gauges, and blueprint reading preferred.
Knowledge of FDA, GMP, and ISO 13485.
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
ASQ CMI Certification is a plus.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong organizational skills.
Must be open to overtime and weekend work when needed.
Work Environment
Clean-room manufacturing environment requiring gowning attire.
Exposure to production equipment, hand tools, and testing instruments.
