About the RoleAbout the Role
Inbound role in a busy sales office in Normanton with an element of returning customer calls. Taking responsibility for all inbound calls while supporting two fellow inbound coordinators Working in conjunction with 20 other sales team members based in the Wakefield/Rotherham sales office. Providing site equipment for some of the largest construction projects in the UK. Resolving customer queries. Using extensive product knowledge to keep customers informed of our products/services. Support colleagues who are working towards completing an apprenticeship.
