Join the Woodlawn Team as a Call Only – Sonographer! This role is ideal for a skilled sonographer who values flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. As a key member of our on-call imaging team, you will play an essential role in delivering timely, accurate ultrasound exams that support critical clinical decisions. Participates in a variety of ultrasound procedures, the calculation of results, and the maintenance, review, and application of associated computer programs.
Maintains the Radiology Department according to Local, State and Federal Laws pertaining to the use of radiation.
Assists with new procedures, protocols, guidelines and techniques to improve patient care and customer satisfaction.
Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
Registered by one of the following:
American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) with additional registry in Sonography (S)
American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
Required Licensure with the State of Indiana.
Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days of hire.
Minimum of two years' experience performing sonography procedures in a hospital environment preferred.
