Operations Director Ireland National Leadership Role | Technical Services | Service & Maintenance Operations Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established and growing Irish technical services organisation to appoint an Operations Director Ireland. This is a confidential appointment for a senior operational leader who is looking for more than just another leadership role. Reporting directly to the business owner, the successful candidate will have significant influence over operational performance, business growth and the future direction of the organisation. This opportunity is ideally suited to someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence and making a tangible impact within a growing business. The Opportunity As Operations Director Ireland, you will take responsibility for operational performance across multiple locations, leading service, maintenance and technical operations while helping shape the next phase of the company's development. This is not a role where you will manage a small part of a large corporate structure. Instead, you will have genuine autonomy, direct access to ownership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions. Key responsibilities will include: Leading service, maintenance and technical operations across Ireland Driving operational performance, accountability and continuous improvement Developing KPI-led management and reporting structures Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Managing operational budgets, profitability and commercial performance Leading and developing operational managers, support teams and field-based engineers Improving service delivery, customer retention and operational efficiency Supporting the continued growth and development of the business Contributing to strategic planning and business decision-making About You We are interested in speaking with experienced operational leaders from service-led engineering and technical environments. You will likely have experience within: Technical Services Hard Facilities Management Building Services Mechanical & Electrical Services HVAC Engineering Services Service & Maintenance Operations Field Service Organisations The successful candidate will have experience managing: Multiple customer contracts and service agreements Regional or national operational teams Field-based engineering and service functions Operational budgets and P&L performance Customer relationships and key accounts KPI-led operational improvement initiatives Multi-site operations and service delivery environments What Makes This Opportunity Different?
