Supporting complex enterprise systems, the full-time remote Mainframe DB2 Database Administrator will manage DB2 for z/OS databases, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on application architecture and design. Key Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and maintain DB2 for z/OS databases across Development, Test, and Production environments Define enterprise application architecture and produce technical documentation for system changes Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
Strong DB2 database administration experience with hands-on skills Experience in system architecture and application design Familiarity with both mainframe and distributed computing platforms Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems Experience performing IT engineering tasks of moderate complexity under minimal supervision
