To shape and evolve the Workday security strategy, the full-time Senior Workday Security Administrator will manage security architecture, access controls, and compliance across HCM, Financial, and Payroll modules while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and testing Provide expertise in security architecture to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance Collaborate across multiple projects, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations
Required qualifications
5+ years of Workday security administration experience Mastery of creating and auditing various security groups Proficient in configuring ISUs/ISSGs and managing authentication policies Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience Experienced in supporting bi-annual Workday platform releases and change management procedures
