Partner with NeoCloud customers to design scalable platform services, including AI, database, and object storage Engage early in customer product planning to influence architectural direction before implementation Develop reusable reference architectures and operational runbooks to accelerate customer deployments
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience designing large-scale infrastructure or platform architectures Strong background in compute, networking, operating systems, storage, and virtualization Experience creating technical artifacts such as reference architectures and solution blueprints Demonstrated ability to enable Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or AI infrastructure services Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into technical architectures
