Identifies company safety training needs and assists Safety Specialist in developing, coordinating and administering the safety training programs.
Ensure operations personnel are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment and are worn per manufacturer directions.
Assists in monitoring lost-time injuries/illnesses and worker’s compensation claims.
Assist Safety Specialist with post-accident investigations to discover root causes of motor vehicle and personal injuries.
Motivate, by example, all employees to strive for an accident-free work environment.
Assists Safety Specialist with conducting operational audits of required safety related documentation in all locations to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Prepare audit result reports and follow up on remediation required.
Assist and deliver safety training programs
Qualifications Required Background:
Bachelor’s degree with some instructional background experience or education.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field operations.
Related experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Required Skills:
Travel 20% to any assigned company locations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on written skills.
Strong computer skills
Ability to understand and interpret pertinent safety regulations.

Compensation Range: $50,250 - 80,400 We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
