To support a growing AI initiative, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will identify high-leverage AI opportunities, prototype internal tools and automations, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities
Identify and prioritize workflows where AI can deliver significant impact through assessments and listening tours Develop and validate prototypes for internal automation, reusable prompt systems, and AI-enabled tools Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand workflow needs and build business cases for AI investments
Required qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, automation, or internal tooling Hands-on experience with AI tools and APIs, including prompt engineering and context management Proficiency in programming, preferably in Go and/or Python Experience integrating APIs and automations across various SaaS platforms Strong understanding of security and responsible AI use in development processes
