Leading quality assurance efforts, the full-time remote Lead QA Engineer will drive testing initiatives for the eCommerce site and mobile applications, manage defect resolution, and mentor QA team members in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities
Lead QA efforts for eCommerce and mobile applications, coordinating testing activities across teams Develop test strategies, execute various testing types, and manage defects using tools like Jira and TestRail Mentor team members and implement automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
Required qualifications
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing practices across the SDLC Experience with eCommerce platforms and native mobile applications (iOS/Android) Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and Appium Proficiency with Jira, TestRail, and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and techniques
