This role supports our Ascentist Healthcare clinics, helping us deliver exceptional care across our locations in Kansas and Missouri. As a Multi-Specialty Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of clinical areas, working alongside different providers and care teams. This position offers the opportunity to float between specialties, contributing to a seamless patient experience across the organization. You will help maintain a professional and efficient environment while using strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and providers, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for every patient. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit Collecting and documenting medical history and vital signs Chart prepping and maintaining accurate patient records Assisting providers during in-office procedures Preparing patients and procedure rooms ahead of treatments Submitting prior authorizations as needed Supporting clinic operations and ensuring a smooth patient flow

Job Type: Full-time Locations: KS and MO Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k Plan, plus optional benefits Schedule: 8-9hr Days/5 Days per Week, No Weekends Experience: Minimum of one year substantially similar work experience in a medical setting, performing substantially similar Medical Assistant essential functions Note: This job posting is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
