Support unit goals by minimizing waste and accepting float and extended day off assignments. Quality: Maintain up-to-date documentation per unit standards, demonstrate problem-solving and multitasking skills within scope, and contribute suggestions to improve workflow and patient experience. Patient Satisfaction: Promote positive patient interactions through timely responses, professional conduct, purposeful rounding, and maintaining a quiet, respectful environment. Patient Safety: Practice safe patient mobilization, use two patient identifiers consistently, report unusual occurrences, and adjust care routines to meet individual patient needs while adhering to privacy policies. Professional Growth: Share knowledge with colleagues, participate in orientation and cross-training, demonstrate leadership, and engage in ongoing learning opportunities. Customer Service: Foster teamwork, practice AIDET communication techniques, and provide holistic care to diverse patient populations.
Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within three months of hire.
