Description The NURSE AIDE TRAINING ACADEMY accepts applications for scholarship. This scholarship covers the cost of the program and obtaining your certification through the State of Michigan. Positions are offered upon completion of the program based off the needs of the department.
Minimum requirements include:
High school diploma or GED 17 years or older Ability to physically and mentally provide care and services to short-stay rehabilitation patients and/or long-stay residents. Interest in helping people and driving the company mission. Able to communicate effectively to accomplish the assigned work. Ability to take direction from the licensed nurse(s) overseeing patient and resident care. Be able to attend every session of the Nurse Aide Training Academy without being late or missing hours.

To drive our mission To provide person centered care as directed by the nursing team and/or physician To use, or learn, PCC to document effectively To lift, push, pull, transfer physically and ability to mentally prioritize care for residents within the facility
