Certified Pharmacy Technicians (Retail / Hospital Community) Location: Near Star City, IN (Local candidates only) Position Type: Full-Time (2 Openings Available) Compensation: $25.00+ per hour Join the Rx Relief Team! Rx Relief is seeking two talented, patient-focused Certified Pharmacy Technicians to step into a rewarding role within a thriving hospital community pharmacy near Star City, IN. If you are a licensed professional with a background in retail pharmacy and a passion for top-tier patient care, we want to connect with you! What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): In this role, you will be a vital part of the daily pharmacy workflow, ensuring both accuracy behind the counter and excellent service at the front.
Order Entry: Efficiently and accurately input prescription data into the pharmacy management system.
Customer Engagement: Ring up transactions, manage the point-of-sale system, and provide a welcoming experience for patients.
Workflow Support: Maintain an organized work environment to support the pharmacist and optimize daily operations.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Certifications: Active PTCB Certification is strictly required.
Licensure: Must hold a valid, current Indiana Pharmacy Technician License.
Experience: Proven background in a Retail Pharmacy setting.
Software Skills: Experience with PioneerRx is highly preferred, though not required.
Location: This position is open to local candidates only who can reliably commute to the Star City area.
Schedule & Hours: Enjoy a structured, full-time schedule with excellent daytime hours:
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
Weekday Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Weekend Rotation: Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
