Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Completion of a CT/XR training program Current ARRT in Radiography ARRT (CT, XR) certification Minimum 1 year of experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform radiographic examinations of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation. Exercise professional judgment in the performance of procedures, applying principles of radiation protection. Maintain patient records and files, and ensure departmental quality assurance. Transfer patients to and from radiology as required. Pursue continuing education and stay current with industry standards. Assist in maintaining the general hygiene of the department and self.
Compliance / Notes:
Flu vaccine required. Employee will work with patients/employees of all cultural and religious backgrounds. Employee performs within the prescribed limits of the ethics and compliance program. Must be willing to take call and report to work within 20 minutes.
