Work in-store, generate leads, earn commission on every deal that closes. Best entry point into solar sales. WHAT YOULL DO Setters: Generate appointments through D2D, retail, or field outreach. Route qualified homeowners to closing teams. Closers: Run in-home solar consultations, generate leads, run lead appointments, present proposals, handle objections, and close deals. Sales experience matters. Attitude matters more.
