To lead the automation and optimization of key reconciliation and reporting processes, the full-time Financial Data Analyst will focus on US Health Benefits and finance accounting in a remote or hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions. Key responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain automated reconciliation processes for US Health Benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Identify manual reconciliation activities in finance and accounting workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions Support the update of the monthly financial reporting package and perform variance analysis
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial data analysis, including relevant experience in finance automation and NetSuite Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including saved searches and workflows Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes
