Medical Assistant We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide virtual healthcare services to patients, offering support, consultation, and care coordination through telecommunication platforms. You will ensure patients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality care while maintaining compliance with medical standards and privacy regulations. Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time Job Responsibilities:
Support healthcare providers by handling both administrative and clinical duties Respond to patient portal messages related to medication side effects and usage Assist with basic nursing triage and patient inquiries Provide support to ensure smooth patient communication and care coordination Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring excellent patient experience Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant healthcare privacy and safety regulations
