Responsible for operational maintenance and repairs, the full-time Mobile Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and maintain facility systems including HVAC and electrical systems, while working remotely and being available for on-call duties as needed. Key responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair various facility systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards Document maintenance tasks and equipment histories using a CMMS computer system Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance while coordinating with other vendors and teams
Required qualifications
2-5 years of related experience in general maintenance within a commercial facility setting Proven mechanical ability and knowledge of various trades Good computer skills, with experience in Building Management Systems preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations Understanding of national and local codes for equipment repair and maintenance
