Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions to the RN or physician. Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions. Perform wound care, catheterization, injections, and other clinical procedures as required. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in medical records. Support patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and effective patient care. Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions. Participate in shift reports, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
