- 3 or more years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, branded merchandise, apparel, or a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline and close new business consistently
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of margin, pricing, and profitability
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, commission-based environment
- Experience using CRM systems to track activity and manage pipeline preferred
- Established network or niche market experience is a strong plus COMPENSATION
- Commission-based structure tied to profit performance (40–50%)
- Uncapped earnings based on your book of business
- Service fees apply based on the level of internal support utilized
