Sales Pricing Analytics Manager is responsible for leading a team that executes and analyzes the end-to-end pricing workflow for Deviation of Policy (DOP) quotes. This role oversees daily operations, ensures timely and accurate quote processing, and implements pricing strategies that drive profitability and win rates. Sales Pricing Analytics Manager helps drive team performance, process efficiency, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Business Units, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent execution, high-quality analysis, and continuous improvement of pricing processes. Responsibilities include overseeing daily workflow management, monitoring workload distribution, capacity, and pipeline health, acting as the escalation point for complex deals, driving process discipline, implementing and monitoring KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting, reviewing and validating pricing recommendations, partnering with business stakeholders, leveraging data and reporting to identify trends, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field; 6-10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, or operations, with prior leadership experience preferred; proven experience managing workflows, teams, and high-volume processes in a fast-paced environment; strong understanding of pricing strategies, margin analysis, and deal evaluation; advanced proficiency with Office 365, particularly Excel; demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities; ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; and excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
