Summary of the role This role leads on developing and delivering high‑quality digital content, supports research and project activity across the Carer Services team, and manages a national employer benchmarking scheme. It is ideal for someone with strong writing, digital content, CRM and project management skills who enjoys collaborative working and delivering meaningful impact.

Job title: Senior Content and Development Officer Salary: £37,955 Contract: Fixed‑term maternity cover until June 2027 Hours: Full‑time, 35 hours per week Location: Hybrid ; London office
Responsibilities
Lead newsletter development: plan editorial meetings, research and draft content, and coordinate production. Maintain and update digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Support research and project delivery for internal and externally funded initiatives.
