Overseeing technical staff and consultants performing design, development, implementation, maintenance, and reporting on applications and projects. Leading, mentoring, evaluating team performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Assisting in recruiting, onboarding, and developing staff talent to meet departmental needs. Prioritizing development work based on regulatory requirements, business needs, and resource availability to deliver high-impact solutions on time. Overseeing release planning and coordinating environments across Development, Test, QA, and Production; communicating project progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with implementing, configuring and supporting PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion or Workday Finance and/or HR. Strong background in application security and system-to-system integrations. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS, Azure, or similar platforms). On-prem to SAAS application migration experience is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated experience in technical project leadership and cross-functional coordination. Five (5) years of experience leading or managing software development teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
