Sales Development Representative (Outbound Sales)

Duration: 6 months

Shift: Training 8 am to 5 pm | Monday-Friday, Note: After training they will move to their perm shift. Shift will be from 9-5:30 pm EST.

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $22.00 - 24.00/hour

Additional Notes:

They are expected to make around 250-300 calls a day on marketing provided leads. So warm dialing, no cold calling. This leads to about 60-80 conversations per day.

Will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Work performed:

  • Lead Development Reps (LDR) book appointments for the Account Executives to have a deeper conversation on a typically 30ish minute sales call.
  • Youre an enthusiastic self-starter who is genuinely interested in people and you have a knack for getting others engaged in conversation
  • Identifies and consider innovative approaches to situations or problems.
  • Ability to flex from one priority to another and make smart decisions about where and how to invest your time
  • Accept new or radical ideas with an open mind
  • You are an avid learner who is inquisitive, loves big challenges, and can take on change with high emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrates both empathy and assertiveness when communicating a need or defending a position
  • You have experience in either sales or professional influence but wont let qualifications stop you from applying for any role. You arent afraid to fail.
  • Demonstrates effective presentation skills
  • Actively works at developing proficiency in selling skills and tools
  • You breathe confidence and can exhibit expertise in business. You might have owned a small business, worked at a startup, or in B2B sales at some point in your career
  • You have integrity that goes beyond just being honest and taking pride in your responsibilities at work and in the community. You enjoy helping others succeed.
  • Anticipates possible objections and proactively prepares responses to counter them
  • Continues to learn methods for overcoming barriers and moving forward during any part of the sales cycle
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a variety of sales techniques and methodologies
