We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer who: Can write high-quality, production-ready code. Has deep practical experience with Apex, LWC, and DevOps tools. Is aligned with best practices for code quality and deployment. Strong Apex Programming Skills
Ability to write clean, correct, and efficient Apex code, including complex triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processes. Expectation: No fundamental mistakes in code, especially for someone claiming senior experience. Advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) Knowledge
Not just basic usage—client expects deep understanding of LWC, including component communication, lifecycle hooks, and performance optimization. Code Quality and Static Code Analysis Tools
Familiarity and hands-on experience with tools like PMD, SonarQube, etc., for code quality and compliance. CI/CD and DevOps Exposure
Experience with version control, deployment automation, and tools like Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions. Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices within a Salesforce environment.
