We're looking for a passionate and skilled athletic trainer to join our healthcare team. This role supports injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation for athletes and active individuals in clinical and school-based settings. You'll collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, coaches, and patients to promote safe physical activity and support fast, effective recovery.
Key Responsibilities Provide athletic training services for local schools, sports teams, and community events Evaluate injuries and implement treatment and rehabilitation plans Educate athletes and patients on injury-prevention techniques Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with care teams Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure continuity of care Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in athletic training or a related field Certified by the BOC (Board of Certification) Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota CPR/First Aid certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Position Benefits
