Maintain current CPR certification and OR Surgical Technician certification Assist surgeons and nursing staff in the performance of surgical procedures Collaborate with all members of the surgical team for the benefit of the patient Demonstrate clinical competence in surgical technical skills, sterile processing, endoscopy, and materials management Maintain a superior sterile conscience and consistently uphold sterile technique Communicate any breaks in technique to the circulating RN and surgeons Ensure all necessary equipment is in the room prior to the start of the case Operate all electro-surgical, diagnostic, video, and disposable equipment safely Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
