Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners to schedule qualified appointments Deliver a concise pitch about solar energy and document outcomes accurately for follow-up Participate in ongoing coaching and meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
Required qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment-setting experience Must reside in Florida and be authorized to work in the U.S Ability to work full-time, including specified weekday and weekend schedules Access to a quiet home workspace with required equipment, including dual monitors and a noise-canceling headset Must be 18 years or older and eligible for W-2 full-time employment
