Provide care to clients in accordance with the individualized Plan of Care developed by the supervising nurse. Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises as instructed by the supervising nurse. Prepare modified diets as directed by the care plan. Observe and report changes in clients' vital signs, skin condition, or symptoms to the supervising nurse. Remind clients to take prescribed medications as instructed. Perform light household tasks necessary for a safe and comfortable home environment, such as cleaning and grocery shopping. Report any changes in the client's physical status promptly to the supervising nurse or agency. Submit required annual compliance documents (e.g., TB questionnaire). Complete 12 hours of mandatory annual compliance training as required by the New Jersey Board of Nursing. Why Work for Sunshine?

Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license (required). Must be at least 18 years of age and able to read and write in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Must have a physical examination meeting New Jersey State Department of Consumer Affairs requirements for home health care workers. Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and professionalism.
