Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior NOC Engineer will serve as a critical first responder for enterprise technology incidents, focusing on real-time monitoring, management, and support of network and infrastructure environments to ensure maximum service availability and operational stability. Key responsibilities
Manage and respond to global incidents, ensuring timely triage and resolution within accepted SLAs Open and monitor tickets for customers, proactively resolving incidents before they are reported Lead Incident Management calls during production-impacting events, collaborating with technical support and customer teams
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience 5-10 years of experience in supporting enterprise IT operations within a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment Advanced experience with Windows Operating Systems and networking configurations Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Orion and IT Service Management platforms Experience with incident management processes and supporting major incidents in a 24x7 operational environment
