Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility Administer medications and perform basic wound care Monitor resident health status and record vital signs Communicate changes in condition to the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Compensation & Benefits
