Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehabilitation and home-based care settings, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to restore function, independence, and quality of life. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will educate patients and families, document progress, and ensure safe discharge planning, all within a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding, patient-centered culture with strong career growth potential.
