Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) We are hiring a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at Hospice Services of Massachusetts! As a Hospice CNA, you will be responsible for providing a variety of services to patients in their homes, including personal care, light housekeeping, and emotional support. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support possible. Coverage throughout Plymouth and Bristol Counties. $22 to $24 an hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay. $2,000 sign-on bonus available! Position Requirements:
Perform personal care needs for patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families Assist with light housekeeping and laundry Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the hospice team Collaborate with the hospice team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Must hold an active and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely and comfortably Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
