Job ID 2026-241672 JOB OVERVIEW The Care Partner is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our Terrace Club neighborhood based on the Designated Care Partner concept. Responsible for promoting alliance with the residents to help create successful days through prompting, cueing, and reminders. The Care Partner role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP) while maintaining a safe, comfortable home like environment. Responsible for demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise, "to champion quality of life for all seniors" in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and Sunrise policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.
