Job Title: Oracle Fusion Solution Architect Visa: GC/USC Only Minimum years of experience required: 10 years Certification needed: No Must Have Skills: ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM Nice to Have Skills: OIC, BIP Report Detailed Job Description Role Summary The Oracle Fusion Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions (ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM) aligned with business objectives. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures. They need to lead solution design, integrations, data strategy, and implementation governance across the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Develop solution blueprints, architecture documents, and roadmaps. Define data models, workflows, and overall system landscape. Lead Oracle Fusion implementations from requirements gathering to go-live and support. Oversee configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and hypercare. Act as technical design authority across all modules and workstreams. Design and govern integration architecture (OIC, APIs, middleware). Define data migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation processes. Ensure seamless integration with third‑party and legacy systems (EBS, etc.).
Governance & Best Practices
Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and governance. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Conduct design reviews, audits, and quality assurance checks.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business leaders, functional consultants, and IT teams. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution walkthroughs. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on Oracle Fusion strategy.
Delivery & Leadership
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to cross‑functional teams. Drive continuous improvement, upgrades, and optimizations. Evaluate and adopt new Oracle features (AI, Redwood UX, automation). Identify cost optimization and performance improvement opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience Functional Expertise
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules: SCM, HCM / PPM / EPM (as applicable)
Technical Skills
Cloud, security, and architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred) Integration and data architecture strategy Security, compliance, and performance design
Experience
15–20+ years in IT with 5+ years as Solution Architect Experience in global rollouts and multi‑country deployments
Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder communication and client‑facing skills Leadership, mentoring, and decision‑making ability Analytical and problem‑solving mindset
