The Safety Officer is responsible for supporting and promoting a safe, compliant, and proactive safety culture across all construction projects and company operations. This role works closely with field teams, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure safety expectations, OSHA compliance, training, documentation, and risk management processes are consistently implemented companywide. Qualifications Who You Are:
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, Operations, and Executive Leadership Strong attention to detail and documentation management Ability to identify risks and proactively problem-solve Comfortable working in both office and field environments Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
What You'll Bring:
OSHA 30 Certification preferred Additional safety certifications are a plus 5-10 years of construction safety, field operations, or construction management experience preferred Experience in multifamily, commercial, or large-scale construction projects preferred Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards Experience with construction management software such as Procore preferred
