As a Solutions Architect, you will help organizations understand advanced cloud solutions, migrate workloads to the cloud, and build business value. Key job responsibilities
Partner with the sales team to formulate and execute a sales strategy that exceeds revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS. Educate SWAT customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud. Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates. Conduct one‑to‑few and one‑to‑many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers. Capture and share best‑practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community. Act as a technical liaison between customers and product teams and help evolve the AWS platform. Ensure success in building and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform. Author or otherwise contribute to AWS customer‑facing publications such as whitepapers. Depending on location, this role requires up to 25 % domestic travel.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure. 4+ years of specific technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within software development or Internet‑related industries. Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud. Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
Salary and benefits
USA, CA, Mountain View: $151,000 – $204,300 USD annually. USA, CA, San Francisco: $151,000 – $204,300 USD annually. USA, WA, Seattle: $131,300 – $177,600 USD annually.
