Responsibilities - What you'll doWhat you'll do:
Plan and implement groups/activities to assist clients in their recovery/treatment - focusing on recreation/leisure, life, work, social, physical/wellness skills Serve as job coach to clients in the work therapy program Provide a safe/secure environment during client activities Observe client behavior, informing treatment team and document client progress/behavior in the Electronic Medical Record Plan and implement special events for assigned program Participate in program planning Maintain needed supplies and equipment Qualifications - All you need for successMinimum Qualifications
Possession of High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience working with persons with mental illness, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or the elderly population in one or more of the following areas: recreation, physical education, arts and crafts, horticulture, health and fitness, arts/expressive arts, music, or a closely related area.
