Providing strategic and tactical pre-sales leadership, the remote Consulting Pre-Sales Systems Engineer for Data Management will deliver technical expertise throughout the customer journey, including solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept execution. Key responsibilities
Serve as a technical advisor and trusted partner to enterprise customers and channel partners during the sales process Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments and translate requirements into scalable solution recommendations Design and manage Proof of Concept (POC) engagements, ensuring successful technical validation and customer adoption
Required qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture roles Experience with enterprise cybersecurity, storage, networking, or cloud solutions Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity concepts, and current storage infrastructures Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
