Deliver an outstanding, consultative sales experience that puts the customer first Proactively engage with customers in showroom and online channels Take customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to handover Demonstrate and explain BYD electric vehicles, features, and technology Build strong relationships to generate repeat business and referrals Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads effectively Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm What Were Looking For
