You will be joining a growing global team of talented Account managers, reporting to the Head of Customer Growth, partnering and working closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product. You help shape how post-sales account management works at Antithesis. You take responsibility for renewals and expansion from day one. You work with deeply technical customers: Engineers and Engineering Leaders, CTOs and CEOs. This is a quota-carrying role. You own revenue outcomes./ph3What You Will Do:/h3ullipOwn a book of business from initial handoff through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion/p/lilipCarry a quota tied to renewals and expansion/p/lilipDrive on-time renewals with clear forecasting/p/lilipIdentify, scope, and close expansion opportunities/p/lilipBuild trusted relationships with customers/p/lilipHelp guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization/p/lilipLead post-sale commercial conversations/p/lilipOwn renewal terms, pricing, and expansion proposals/p/lilipPartner with Customer Success and Customer Experience/p/lilipSurface product feedback grounded in customer usage/p/lilipTrack account health, risk, and growth signals/p/lilipContribute to renewal and expansion playbooks/p/lilipOperate with ownership in an early-stage environment/p/li/ulh3What Success Looks Like:/h3ullipStrong gross and net retention/p/lilipPredictable renewal forecasting/p/lilipExpansion driven by real customer value/p/lilipLong-term customer relationships/p/lilipClear ownership and follow-through/p/lilipNo surprise churn through early risk identification and proactive ownership/p/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ullip5+ years experience in a quota-carrying Account Manager role/p/lilipExperience at a B2B SaaS company/p/lilipDirect ownership of renewal and expansion quotas/p/lilipProven record of meeting or exceeding ARR retention and growth targets/p/lilipExperience managing a defined book of business/p/lilipExperience running renewal and expansion deal cycles/p/lilipComfort owning pricing, terms, and commercial negotiations/p/lilipExperience selling to existing customers, not prospects/p/lilipAbility to work with technical buyers and stakeholders/p/lilipStrong forecasting discipline and pipeline management/p/lilipComfort operating in a fast-moving startup/p/li/ulh3Strongly Preferred:/h3ullipExperience with highly technical products, developer tools or infrastructure products/p/lilipExperience working with engineering-led customers/p/lilipExperience with usage-based or platform SaaS/p/li/ulh3This Role Is Not:/h3ullipA Customer Success role without quota/p/lilipA support or relationship-only role/p/lilipA training role for first-time sellers/p/li/ul/div
