Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management activities for complex IT initiatives including application, integration, and AI-enabled solutions. Manage daily execution activities across all project phases to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop, maintain, and govern project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and communication plans. Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into deliverables. Coordinate project resources and funding with leadership and functional managers. Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders. Communicate project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to leadership and executive teams. Ensure project deliverables comply with governance, audit, and internal control requirements. Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and proactively resolve conflicts. Stay informed on emerging technologies and AI trends to support project delivery strategies. Perform additional project-related responsibilities as needed. Skills:
IT Project Management. Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. SDLC management. Application development project delivery. Data integration project management. AI-enabled solution delivery. MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint. Risk management and stakeholder communication. Governance and compliance management. Qualification And Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience. PMP certification preferred. CPCU designation or advanced degree preferred.
