Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices Create and review test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and regression testing Coordinate and prioritize testing activities based on project timelines and business needs Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommend improvements Oversee manual and automated testing efforts Ensure timely execution of testing cycles and release validation Monitor QA metrics and provide regular status reports to management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing 1-3+ years of leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, QC) Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
