Anesthesiology Physician

• Hospital-employed anesthesiology role within a multi-specialty physician group
• MDs may perform their own cases or medically direct CRNAs (medical direction model)
• Single-hospital coverage model with a collaborative anesthesia team
• Broad case mix including:
  • General Surgery
  • Orthopedics (high-volume service line)
  • ENT
  • Urology (GU)
  • Gastroenterology (GI)
  • Obstetrics/Gynecology
  • Vascular
  • Plastic Surgery
  • Podiatry
  • Psychiatry procedures
• No cardiac, neurosurgery, or major trauma cases
• Opportunity to develop and maintain skills in regional anesthesia (peripheral nerve blocks preferred)
• Integration of advanced perioperative assessment tools, including point-of-care ultrasound (FOCUS)
• Monthly CME conferences and M&M discussions
• Ongoing literature review and quality improvement initiatives
• Semi-academic environment with emphasis on continuous learning and best practices

• Annual base salary: $550K
• Sign-on bonus: $50K (2-year commitment)
• Paid Time Off: 250 hours annually for full-time physicians
