A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in northern Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our growing team in Crandon, WI. We believe that exceptional eye care requires time and autonomy. Here, you will enjoy 45-minute comprehensive exam slots , seeing an average of just patients per day , backed by a dedicated onsite support staff and modern technology.

  • Total Compensation Potential: Up to $175,000 (Competitive guaranteed base salary + performance incentives).

Candidate Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible optometrist.
  • Eligible for or currently holding a valid Wisconsin Optometry License.
  • New graduates and experienced optometrists are equally encouraged to apply!
