Position Overview Seeking a
Junior Systems Administrator
to support daily IT operations within a fast-paced helpdesk environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing Microsoft cloud services, and supporting device deployment and identity management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft enterprise tools and a strong customer-service mindset. Key Responsibilities
Provide
Level 1-2 helpdesk support
for internal users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Escalate complex technical issues
to senior systems administrators or specialized IT teams when they exceed standard support scope. Manage and administer
Microsoft 365 services , including user provisioning, license assignments, mailbox management, and security settings. Support
endpoint management
through
Microsoft Intune , including device compliance, policy deployment, and configuration profiles. Assist with
Windows Autopilot
device provisioning and lifecycle management for new employee onboarding. Maintain
identity and access management
using Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, including account setup, permissions, and group policies. Document support requests, resolutions, and escalation procedures in the IT service management system. Assist with system updates, patch management, and general endpoint maintenance. Support IT onboarding/offboarding processes for employees and contractors. Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in
IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration . Experience managing
Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
environments. Familiarity with
Microsoft Intune
and
Windows Autopilot
device management. Understanding of
identity management systems
such as Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD. Knowledge of
Windows operating systems, endpoint troubleshooting, and hardware support . Experience with ticketing systems and IT service workflows. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field . Microsoft certifications such as
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
or
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate . Experience in enterprise environments supporting
large-scale device deployments . Contract Details
Contract position supporting IT operations. Work closely with senior IT staff to maintain system stability and support internal teams. Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
