You will work under the supervision of our healthcare team to provide personalized care and support with daily living activities. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in our community. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. - Provide companionship and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being. - Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, and needs to the nursing team. - Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents. - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met. - Participate in recreational activities and encourage resident engagement. - Document care activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience in a caregiving role or healthcare setting is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. - CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. - Must be able to pass a background check and physical examination. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - Supportive and inclusive work environment. - Rewarding work that makes a difference in the lives of others.
